Web Access Log

Maintaining the users Internet Access Log is One of the mandatory requirement by Law Enforcement / Government.

neuCRM supports receiving Log from NAS, and save it as compresed log file (inorder to save storage space), and you are allowed to search in the Log file by using IP address/MAC Addr/ PPPoE username.

Info!
It is highly recommended that, setup a sepearate Log server for Web access log purpose. Because logging is highly resourse intensive process, more over it quickly fills the Harddisk space.
For the performance and easy maintannce point of view, it is better have a separate log server. Either you can put a seperace neucrm VM execulsively for logging purpose, or go for a your own custom logging server.
