Lets clarify what is credits and how it is being calculated.

For example, you are using 1 user for 1 month period. For that you need to have = 1 user x 1 month = 1 credit(s)

• If you are having 300 user, you will require 300 x 1 = 300 credits / month.
• Similarly for 1 year, you will require 300 x 12 = 3600 credits / year.
• This 1 unit of credit is applicable to regular 1 PPPoE user.

For Wifi-Hotspot users, we are offering 40% discount. Means that, you are charged at 0.6 weightage. This is because in WiFi Hotspot, the revenue per user is comparatively lower than PPPoE users.

Lets assume all above users are Wifi hotspot users.

• For 1 WiFi hotspot user for 1 month period = 1 x 1 x 0.6 = 0.6 credit is required.
• If you are having 300 user, you require, 300 x 1 x 0.6 = 180 credits per month.
• Similarly for 1 year, 300 x 12 x 0.6 = 2160 credits / year.

On purchase of credit(s) from our website, it is automatically added into your neuCRM server with in 24hrs time. Your previous credit balance with newly purchased credits. On every Renewal/Billing of each user for a one month period, 1 credit value is deducted from your balance. Once your credit balance reaches 0 value, users no longer got renewed.

• For example, a user(A) having bill plan for 1 month period, at the end of validity renewal time, 1 credit is used from account balance.
• If a user(B) is having bill plan for 15 days, while renewal 0.5 credit only deducted from your account balance

You can also view the detailed credits utilized transaction report on Billed Items Menu from neuCRM server.

Please note the above Price slab is designed based on how much volume of credits your are buying, but not on how much users you are having in your system.
