For validity renewal, new system parameter renew_validity was added. It can take any of the following values: Always | Never | IfPaid | Default. The detiled explanation of these values are given below:
Always option: Simply renews all users.
Never: this option Disconnects users on validity expiry time. After that it can be manually renewed.
IfPaid: This option auto renews if sufficient balance available.
Default: means, it takes value from its parent group. Franchisee's parent groups is ISP. ISP's parent groups is Systen settings.

By default, all ISP & Resellers configured as IfPaid mode.

And np_prepaid_enable, np_postpaid_enable, npd_prepaid_enable, npd_postpaid_enable config parameters were permanently removed.
Hotspot self registration URL has been moved from http://{portal_domain}/myaccount/create to http://{portal_domain}/user/signup

Fixed the bugs in Plan Copy
As SMS Template ID is mandatory in some contry, the SMS DLT (Decentralized Ledger Template) ID was added to all SMS Templates.
